1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Paladar Queue ("the Service"), operated by Paladar Queue ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Paladar Queue provides a web-based digital queue management system for restaurants and food service establishments. The Service allows businesses to manage customer waiting lines and customers to join queues via QR codes.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $29 USD per location.
A 14-day free trial is available; after the trial, your payment method will be charged.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts.
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Overload or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

7. Data Collection

We collect customer contact information (name, phone number) as part of normal queue operations. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and code, is owned by Paladar Queue. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of it without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paladar Queue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
