Refund Policy

At Paladar Queue we want you to be satisfied with the Service. This Refund Policy explains our practices for subscription refunds.

Free Trial

Paladar Queue offers a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be processed.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis at $29 USD per location. Payment is processed automatically via the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested in the following circumstances:

Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate.
Service outage: If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to an issue on our side, you may request a prorated refund for the days of the outage.
Unauthorized charges: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months if you choose to cancel mid-cycle.
Once a billing period has started, the fee for that period is not refundable unless it falls under the eligibility criteria above.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation:

You will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
No further charges will be made.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@paladarqueue.com with:

The email address associated with your account
The date and amount of the charge
The reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We're committed to resolving any issues directly and quickly.
